These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the king88bet online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at king88bet.buzz ("the Platform"). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have notified king88bet of unauthorised access in writing without unreasonable delay.

All funds deposited into your king88bet Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. King88Bet will not process deposits from third-party accounts or payment instruments. Any deposit suspected to originate from a third party may be reversed and the relevant Account suspended pending investigation.

Members may request withdrawal of eligible funds from their Account Balance at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in this Section. Before any withdrawal is processed, king88bet may require the Member to complete KYC verification, including the submission of government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 100 or the equivalent in USDT at the prevailing exchange rate.
2. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the king88bet Account.
3. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full.
4. King88Bet reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, irrespective of the amount.

General bonus conditions applicable across all king88bet promotions include:

• Each promotional offer is available to eligible Members only and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus credits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to the satisfaction of the applicable Wagering Requirements.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Any bonus not wagered within the stipulated period will expire automatically.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct designed to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. • Decisions made by the Member based on information available on the Platform, including odds or game statistics.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or blockchain networks.

King88Bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy published on the Platform.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity.
• Receipt of a chargebacks or dispute from a payment provider associated with the Member's Account.

A Member may voluntarily close their Account by submitting a written request to king88bet's Customer Support team. Any eligible real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure, after deduction of any applicable bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements, will be returned to the Member's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

King88Bet reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and in the page hero section will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms.

If a Member does not agree with any amendment to these Terms, they must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law standards. King88Bet is committed to resolving any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform in a fair and transparent manner.

Nothing in this Section shall be construed as limiting a Member's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
